• You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order 

• The product must be:

  • Undamaged

  • In its original condition and packaging

• Return shipping is to be arranged and paid for by the customer.

• Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

💰 Refunds & Replacements

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

• If it meets the return criteria (no damage, no signs of use, and all accessories included), we will:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Send a free replacement – based on your preference.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse

  • The product shows physical damage after delivery

  • The return is missing original accessories or components
